Explosion opens up in utter chaos. Cameras cut backstage immediately. Security is yelling. Someone throws a chair off-screen. Michael Cole says:
In the ring, William addresses the WWE universe. He says that over the past few weeks, Paul Heyman and his henchmen, along with the Wyatt Sicks, have been running rampant over Explosion, leaving me looking incompetent as a general manager. I tried control, but tonight, everybody better learn to survive in chaos. Commentators wonder what that means.
Paul Heyman comes out. William looks annoyed. Heyman tells William that he doesn't control chaos, adding that chaos answers to him. The lights in the arena start to flicker, with Heyman looking slightly nervous. The WWE universe are shown, all looking around to see what's about to happen next. William steps leans on the rope, looking intently at Heyman. William says, "If you think you control the chaos, then watch me burn your empire down".
William leaves the ring, as commentators wonder what William's plans are. Cameras show William walking past Heyman, inaudibly saying something to Heyman, who smirks.
Commentators officially welcome everyone to the show, as they hype the matches for tonight, including the opening bout between two new Explosion superstars, Matt Cordona and Trick Williams.
Backstage, Jackie Redmond is with Trick Williams.
Jackie Redman: "Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome one of the newest additions to WWE Explosion — making his debut tonight — Trick Williams.” The crowd pops as Trick Williams steps into frame, wearing sunglasses, confident swagger, adjusting his jacket like he already owns the place. Trick nods slowly, smirking. Jackie says, "Trick, tonight marks your official debut on Explosion. There’s already a lot of buzz around you — how are you feeling heading into—”. Trick raises a hand, gently stopping her. Trick Williams says, "Nah, nah… let’s get something straight, Jackie. This ain’t about buzz. Buzz fades. Hype dies. Trick Williams? I’m permanent.” “I didn’t come to Explosion to fit in — I came to run it. I see legends, I see champions, I see people fighting for scraps… but me? I’m the next big thing walking through this locker room.” Trick looks directly into the camera, adding, "And everybody better get used to saying my name.” Jackie nods, telling Trick that those are some strong words, but tonight he's facing a returning veteran in Matt Cardona, someone who's seen and done a lot over his career. Suddenly, there's slow sarcastic clapping off-screen. Camera pans to show Matt Cardona, who walks in front of Williams with a smug grin, shaking his head. Cardona says, "Wow. The confidence. The catchphrases. The sunglasses indoors… yeah, I remember my first week too.” Matt adds, "Listen, kid — you call yourself the next big thing? I’ve been THE thing. I’ve traveled the world, reinvented myself, carried companies on my back… and now I come back to WWE, and the first thing I hear is some rookie talking like he runs the place?” Trick asks Matt if he's done talking about the past yet, because he is the future. The tension thickens between the two with Cardona saying that Trick is just the next guy in line to learn a hard lesson. Trick smirks, saying, "Lesson? You better keep up, old head, because tonight, I don't just debut, I take over." Trick and Cardona stand nose-to-nose as officials nearby start watching closely. Cardona laughs quietly, saying that tonight we'll see if the "next big thing" can survive the real world, as he walks away. Trick adjusts his glasses, telling Jackie to write it down because tonight, Trick whoops Cardona's old-ass, as he smugly walks away, and commentators hype the opening match between the two, next!
COMMERCIAL BREAK
During the match, Trick pretends to walk away, with Cardona following him; however, it is a set-up for a sucker punch, giving Trick the upper hand.
Backstage, cameras catch Chelsea Green yelling at backstage personnel about how badly she has been treated by William, and how unfair it is that she is forced to wrestle week-after-week, when people like Jade Cargill get to do the bare minimum. Diamond White walks up, saying that Chelsea Green does nothing but run her mouth and doesn't have the balls to back it up. Chelsea seems repulsed by Diamond's claim. Diamond says, "No wonder Michael Hayes doesn't see you as a main eventer, all you do is bitch and moan", as the WWE universe gasps in shock. Chelsea says, I resent that, promising tonight she'll regret those words. William walks up, saying, she won't have to wait long to regret that, because your match is next. Chelsea starts stomping, saying that their match was supposed to be later tonight, yelling how unfair that is. Diamond smirks, as Kiana James walks up, comforting Green.
Commentators hype the match next!
COMMERCIAL BREAK
During the match, B Fab and Kiana James interfere, with them both being ejected from ringside.
Cameras rush backstage after the match, where security is breaking up an argument between Jordynne Grace and Jade Cargill. Jade says that Jordynne isn't ready for her, with Jordynne quipping back for Jade to stop hiding. Jade puts her finger in Jordynne's face, with Jordynne pulling Jade's finger out of her face, bending it backwards. Security pulls the two apart before a fight can break out.
Commentators hype Jordynne Grace vs Kiana James next!
COMMERCIAL BREAK
After the break, commentators recap Kiana James trying to recruit Jordynne Grace last week, when Jordynne turned Kiana down, and Kiana getting offended, which has led to the match right now!
After the match, Jade Cargill rushes out, hitting Jordynne with the title.
The lights in the arena start to flicker, but do not go out, as Jade looks confused, standing over Jordynne, taunting with the title.
The titantron starts to glitch as this video plays:
Lights flicker throughout the arena again. Causing Jade to hop out of the ring and make her way up the ramp, cautiously looking as she walks away.
Commentators are unsettled by the video and the lights.
Commentators recap Aleister Black vs Dragon Lee from last week, as they hype Aleister Black vs Jaoquin Wilde next!
COMMERCIAL BREAK
After the break, cameras rush backstage where Natayla and Maxine Dupri are laid out. William rushes to where security and medics are checking them out, asking what happened. No one seems to know what happened. Nikki Bella and Giulia walk up, seemingly mocking the situation, saying, I guess they're not able to compete tonight. William, who looks suspicious, says, We promised a women's tag team title match tonight, and that's what we're going to give the fans. Nikki wonders who they'll face; William, who sees Lash Legend and Nia Jax walk by, saying, meet your competition tonight! Nikki and Giulia are pissed as Nia and Lash mock them, saying, See you in the ring, champs!
Backstage, Paul Heyman is pacing. Bron Breakker is silent behind him. Paul Heyman says, "We control fear. We ARE the fear". The TV monitor in the locker room starts flickering, with a silhouette of Uncle Howdy appearing briefly on the screen. Heyman freezes as Breakker punches the tv screen and snatches the monitor off the wall.
Commentators hype the Women's Tag Team title match next, now featuring Nikki and Giulia defending against Nia Jax and Lash Legend, after the attack of Natalya and Maxine Dupri.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
After the break, Rey Mysterio catches up with Zelina Vega, asking her what her issue is and why she has turned to the dark side. Zelina smirks, saying, You should join me and stop being the goody two-shoe you've portrayed all these years. Rey tells Zelina that she's delusional. Zelina slaps Rey, saying He'll regret that. Zelina walks away, leaving Rey standing there, shocked!
Nia and Lash are pissed that Nikki and Giulia got themselves disqualified.
After the match, as Nikki and Giulia escape up the ramp, the Judgment Day, Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez attack Nikki and Giulia from behind, causing them to escape through the crowd. Nia and Lash yell at Raquel and Roxanne from the ring, as all four ladies promise to become the new women's tag team champions, as Nikki and Giulia look on from the crowd.
Commentators showcase William's announcement regarding the 6 men competing for the number 30 spot in the Men's Royal Rumble, as they hype the match next!
COMMERCIAL BREAK
After the break, cameras catch Aliester Black attacking Cruz Del Torro. Security breaks things up, with Aleister Black saying, since I've beaten your little partner, I'll do the same to you next week.

Just revealed, Aleister Black will defend the United States Championship against Cruz Del Torro
B Fab will take on Kiana James after their interference in the Chelsea Green vs Diamond White match earlier
After getting disqualified earlier tonight and the showdown after the fact, Nikki Bella will take on Lash Legend and Raquel Rodriguez in a triple threat match
Commentators announce that Shinsuke Nakamura and CM Punk will have their Royal Rumble contract signing.

As the winner celebrates, the arena lights cut out suddenly, but come back on quickly, causing Carmelo to rush through the crowd in fear.
The arena goes dead silent as the titantron glitches violently.
Backstage, cameras show Paul Heyman alone, with Uncle Howdy standing behind him. Howdy whispers to Heyman, "You invited chaos, but we own it".
The lights in the arena go back out, and when they return, Paul Heyman is gone with just the lantern where Howdy and Heyman were standing, as Explosion goes off the air and the screen fades to black.
