Explosion opens with sirens ringing throughout the arena. Cameras are already backstage. EMTs are rushing down a hallway. A production crate is flipped over. A referee is yelling into a headset that Paul Heyman is still missing.
Michael Cole’s voice cuts in over shaky camera footage:
Security replays grainy footage on a monitor — the flicker… the lantern… Heyman gone. Suddenly, the lights in the hallway flicker. A crew member drops his headset and bolts.
William is already in the ring when the camera cuts to the arena; he is not smiling, looking serious. William says over the last few weeks, the Wyatt Sicks have been running roughshod over Explosion, and tonight he promises to take back control. William says that Paul Heyman has indeed not been seen since last week's show, and that he has not arrived tonight, and neither has the Wolfpack. William says, if the Wyatt Sicks think they can abduct his superstars and hijack his show, they just declared war on the wrong General Manager.
William announces, tonight, Bron Breakker will compete — if he has the guts to show up. Trick Williams and Matt Cardona will meet face-to-face again after their controversial debut match. Jade Cargill will explain her actions. And the Royal Rumble contract signing between CM Punk and Shinsuke Nakamura will happen — no matter what. William ends with: “Last week, the Wyatt Sicks made a statement. tonight… I answer it.”
The lights flicker in the arena, and a distorted childlike laugh echoes faintly. William doesn’t flinch.
Commentators wonder what will happen next. Backstage, cameras catch Trick Williams making his way to the ring, as the WWE universe chants, "Whoop that Trick".
COMMERCIAL BREAK
Backstage, Bron Breakker is shown arriving at the arena. Cameras rush to the parking garage. A black SUV screeches in. Bron Breakker steps out — furious, however, Paul Heyman is not with him. Breakker storms past interviewers and shoves backstage personnel out of his path. Breakker says: "If they touched him… I’m breaking every bone in this building.” Breakker storms off. In the background… barely visible… a lantern reflection in the SUV window.
Trick Williams makes his way to the ring, and commentators wonder what will transpire tonight with the chaotic start to the show.
In the ring, Trick Williams has his sunglasses on. Trick says that last week wasn't a debut, it was a preview. Trick says that Matt Cordona is a nostalgia act, clinging to relevance. He says the only reason that he's back in the WWE is that his wife begged for his job back, as the WWE universe says oooh. Matt Cardona interrupts immediately, walking out slowly, applauding. Cordona says that Trick had to cheat to win last week. Trick and Cordona get into each other's faces, exchanging words that the camera can barely hear. William on the titantron says that since both men want to "take over," tonight, they'll team together against two men who know all about chaos, as the Wyatt Sicks symbol glitches across the screen, as the lights flicker. The crowd gasps.

COMMERCIAL BREAK
After the break, Chelsea Green is furious backstage about Saturday Night’s Main Event. Chelsea says that Diamond White doesn't deserve another title shot. Diamond White walks in calmly and says, "You've defended it twice. You’ve cheated twice, and at Saturday Night Main Event, there's no running.” Kiana James walks up and whispers something to Chelsea. Chelsea smirks. Diamond wonders what's so funny. Kiana tells Diamond that tonight, her match against Diamond's lackey, B Fab, will now have a special guest referee. When Diamond asks who the special guest referee will be, Chelsea and Kiana walk away laughing, leaving Diamond standing there pissed!
Commentators wonder who the special guest referee will be, as they hype that match for later tonight!
During the match, Trick Williams abandoned Matt Cordona, making the match a handicap match! After the match, as the Wyatt Sicks celebrate, Uncle Howdy gets on the mic saying, "William, if you want to take control of the darkness, you must hold the light". Howdy waves his lantern across the camera screen, adding, "And behold, I hold the light". Howdy winks, as the Wyatt Sicks stare into the camera, as the screen fades to black.
Commentators are heard saying, "This is creepy".
Backstage, Zelina Vega is rubbing Aleister's Black chest. She sits in his lap, kissing him passionately. Zelina says that tonight, Aleister will destroy Cruz Del Torro, and that just leaves Rey Mysterio to take out before he has destroyed the entire LWO. Aliester says that Zelina has been very instrumental in helping him beat that gang of losers. Zelina says that she has insider secrets that will prove beneficial. Alierster looks intently into Zelina's eyes before kissing her again, saying, "It's time to make Cruz fade to black"

COMMERCIAL BREAK
Backstage, Jade Cargill's taking pictures for a photo shoot when Jordynne Grace walks up. Jade tells the cameraman to hold on, asking Jordynne what she wants. Jordynne says that sooner or later, Jade will have to give her the title shot she earned. Jade says that Jordynne has a lot to prove before she gets that title shot. Jordynne says that she's more than willing to prove it against Jade next week. William walks up, saying that sounds like a fantastic idea, booking Jordynne Grace vs Jade Cargill in a non-title match next week. Jade says, Whatever, putting her hand in Jordynne's face. Jordynne snatches Jade's finger as Jade says ouch! William gets in between the two, instructing Jade to finish her photoshoot and telling Jordynne to leave the area. Jordynne says, Fine. I'll see you next week. Jade looks pissed as William and Jordynne walk away!
As Jade starts to walk to her makeup artist to get retouched, the lights start flickering, and everyone seems uneasy, including Jade, who looks around frantically!
Commentators recap the Women's Tag Team title match from last week, where Nikki Bella and Giulia got themselves disqualified against Lash Legend and Nia Jax, as well as the Judgment Day confronting both teams after the match. They hype the triple threat match, next!
COMMERCIAL BREAK
Backstage, after the break, Aleister Black and Zelina Bega are laughing and celebrating another win over the LWO. Rey Mysterio walks up, saying, I guess this means next week it'll be me vs you? Aliester laughs, saying, I guess so. Rey nods, adding may the best man win. Aleister winks, saying that he will. Rey chuckles before starting to walk away. Aleister then attacks Rey from behind, throwing him into the wall, punching him rapidly in the face, causing him to bleed, before picking him up and throwing him through the makeup table nearby. Aleister then picks Rey up, as he passes Rey to Zelina. Zelina holds Rey up as Aleister hits the Black Mass on Rey before the rest of the LWO rush up, and Aleister and Zelina rush off. The LWO checks on Rey, as Dragon Lee begs for someone to send help.
Commentators say that with that attack, Aliester won't have to worry about Rey Mysterio next week.
After the match, Nia Jax attacks Nikki and Giulia from behind. Roxanne Perez gets involved as well. Nikki, Guilia, Nia Jax, Lash Legend, Raquel Rodriguez, and Roxanne Perez all start fighting. Things heat up more when Natalya and Maxxine Dupri rush out, attacking all the teams, becoming the last team in the ring, as they motion for the tag team titles. William comes out and says that next week, Nikki and Giulia will defend the tag team titles in a fatal four-way elimination tornado tag team match as Nikki and Giulia will defend against the Judgment Day (Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez), the Irresistible Forces (Nia Jax and Lash Legend), and the Dungeon (Maxxine Dupri and Natalya). Nikki and Gulia are pissed, as the WWE universe goes wild!
Backstage, Carmelo Hayes is walking around confidently. Mohammad Rabid stops him in his tracks, saying that last week, he got lucky pinning him and taking the number 30 spot in the Royal Rumble. Carmelo looks around, saying, Lucky? Oh no, Mello, don't miss. Mohammad says, Let's test that theory right now. I'll go talk to William about a match between us. Carmelo nods in agreement.
Commentators hope William makes the match official.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
After the break, commentators announce that William has made the match official: Mohammad Rabid vs Carmelo Hayes.
Meanwhile, in William's office, Bron Breakker barges in as William is talking to R Truth. William says, What the hell is wrong with you? Breakker demands William tell him who he's facing tonight. William looks at R Truth, asking Truth who Breakker thinks he's talking to. R Truth takes a moment before saying, I think he's talking to you, dawg! William puts his head in his hands. William looks at Breakker, telling him that from here on out, if he ever bursts into his office again, he'll live to regret it. Breakker gets in William's face, however, R Truth steps in the middle telling Breakker, I don't think you want to do that dawg, I don't know if you know this, but he kind of signs our checks. Breakker chuckles before pushing R Truth onto the couch. William tells Breakker to calm his angry ass down, saying that if he wants to know who he's facing tonight, he'll be taking on the Apex Predator, Randy Orton! Breakker starts to smile, nodding in excitement. Breakker starts to walk away; however, William stops him, telling him that he had better not forget whose boss around here. Breakker smirks before walking away. R Truth, who finally gets up, says to William, "You just gonna let him handle me like that?" William says, Truth, why the hell are you here? Truth thinks for a moment before saying, "I'm tired of eating in catering, you don't have anything for me to do?" William says, "Ok, Truth, next week, you'll have a match against the first person we see in the hallway". Truth and William stand in the hallway for moments until the Miz walks up. The Miz starts to ask William why he and Truth are standing there. William looks at the two before saying, "Oh hell nah, Truth, you can tell Miz what's happening". Miz looks confused as William rushes into his office, slamming the door and locking it. Truth puts his arm around Miz's shoulder as they walk, as Truth tells him what's happening next week.
Commentators laugh at the events of what just happened, as they recap the 6-man battle royal last week, with Carmelo pinning Mohammad as the final two to determine the number 30 spot in the Royal Rumble.
COMMERCIAL BREAK
After the break, B Fab is preparing for her match against Kiana James. Diamond White walks up, asking if she's ready for her match. B Fab says that she stays ready so she doesn't have to get ready! Diamond smiles as she tells B Fab to come on because her match is next! Fab says that although she appreciates Diamond wanting to go out with her, she wants to go at this alone. Diamond looks confused, saying that there will be a special guest referee picked by Kiana. B Fab says that she knows, but she needs to prove to herself that she can handle things by herself. Diamond, although saying that she doesn't like it, says that she understands and promises to support Fab from backstage. Fab hugs Diamond, thanking her, as she makes her way to the ring.
Chelsea Green is revealed to be the special guest referee, a surprise to no one in the arena!
During the match, William ejects Chelsea from being the referee, sending a new referee to the match. After the match, Kiana and Chelsea attack B Fab until Diamond rushes out to make the save!
Cameras catch CM Punk making his way to the ring. Commentators hype CM Punk and Shinsuke Nakamura's contract signing for the Royal Rumble, next!
COMMERCIAL BREAK
When Explosion returns, security is surrounding the ring. CM Punk and Shinsuke Nakamura make their way to the ring, as does William. William informs everyone that, since they did not get the 2 out of 3 falls match at New Year's Revolution between CM Punk and Bron Breakker, he has added that stipulation to the match between Nakamura and Punk. Punk immediately signs the contract, without saying a word. The lights start to flicker, but they do not go out. Punk grabs the mic, saying that he's fought demons before, that's why he went straight edge! Nakamura laughs, signing the contract himself, saying that Punk doesn't fear demons because he is one. Punk smirks as the lights start to flicker again, this time more aggressively. Punk says, “If chaos wants the spotlight, I’ll give it one.” Punk flips the table into Nakamura as a brawl between the two erupts. They fight through security, trying to break them up. The crowd goes wild as the two brawl around ringside, until William sends more security to the ring, as they break up the brawl, as the WWE universe boos loudly, chanting Let them fight!

After the break, cameras catch Aliester Black and Zelina Vega making their way to their car. Rey Fenix walks up, saying that Aleister is a coward for attacking Rey Mysterio the way that he did earlier tonight. Aleister chuckles before starting to walk away. Rey grabs Aleister, saying that since Aleister attacked Rey Mysterio earlier tonight and they were supposed to have a US title match next week, how about he takes on another Rey next week. Aliester whispers something in Zelina Vega's ear. Aleister starts to walk away, as Zelina tells Rey Fenix that Aleister Black has agreed to their match next week for the US championship, but warns Rey Fenix that next week, he'll fade to black. Rey looks determined as Zelina walks away as well.
Commentators hope that the match is made official as they announce next week's matches:

After what transpired earlier tonight, Matt Cordona will try to get revenge on Trick Williams in a one-on-one match

After the break, Bron Breakker makes his way to the ring, demanding that Wyatt Sicks come out. Nothing happens. Breakker calls Uncle Howdy a coward, saying that he is afraid to come out and face him like a man. Breakker promises that if anything has happened to Paul Heyman, the Wyatts will live to regret it. The titantron starts glitching. A message appears on the titantron:
Bron Breakker looks confused, as Randy Orton makes his way to the ring.
At the start of the match, Breakker accidentally knocks out the referee.
During the match, the lights go out, causing a distraction for Breakker, allowing Orton to get the upper hand.
After the match, Randy Orton celebrates. The lights in the arena go back out. When they come back on, Orton is gone. Bron snaps. Bron destroys the announce table. Security rushes in — but he shoves them aside. The lights go out. When they return, Bron is alone in the ring, as the referee has disappeared as well, but now the Wyatt Sicks symbol is burned onto the ring mat. Bron looks… shaken.
Backstage, a camera shows a dark hallway, where a lantern glows. Paul Heyman is shown sitting in a chair. Heyman is untied and unharmed, smiling. Uncle Howdy is standing behind him. Paul Heyman whispers: "I told him… chaos answers to me.” Uncle Howdy starts laughing, as he whispers: “No… it consumes you.” Heyman screams as the lights go out, and Explosion ends as the camera fades to black, and Heyman's screams echo!
